Just a reminder regarding a date on the timetable:
21/4/10 - Sponsorship Due
Clarifying to you all this isn't actually when sponsorship money is due - it's when requests by you for particular sponsors are due.
For example, this is particular businesses like in the case of catering (I know they've chosen not to outsource but this is an example) they may request us to speak to a particular number of businesses for food or skill sponsorship, or advertising might like us to try and source some free printing for flyers.
Obviously I'm not guaranteeing anything by posting this but I would like everyone to be aware that our group can perform specific functions as well as general ones ;)
Anyway, I look forward to seeing the decided location and completed logo as I'm sure we all do. It looks as though we might bring everything together soon.

Also, just adding to Alex's comment, if you want us to try to find a non-cash sponsor for some element of the exhibition, please just add it in here (maybe with a clear header like "SPONSORSHIP REQUEST") and a description of what you are hoping to get sponsor contributions for.
