Hey everyone,
On Wednesday the 31st we are having our BBQ. Any one who would like to help out meet at the front of H block (our building) where the seats are at 11am. We would really appreciate it if some people from other groups helped out. Remember this fundraising is for all of us.
Please buy a $2 sausage if you aren't helping out on the day.

ReplyDeleteFor the team organising the BBQ, you will need to bring your own utensils, such as tongs, scrapers, serving dishes, cutting board etc etc as Spotless do not supply these. nigel
ReplyDeleteWhat is the actual start time & location of the sausage sizzle so we can put it on the flyer? Are you just having snags? Are drinks for sale also? Any other info you want on the flyer??

the bbq is going to be held out near the green seats out the front of H block. if anyone saw last week there was another group putting on a bbq, well thats where ours is going to be.

yerp just the snags for $2 no drinks onion is 50c extra.
